Dear my friend Firdauss,

      How are you?I hope you are doing well with your family.Im here fine and always pray for your good and healthy.So how about your new place,Terengganu?We've been friends for seven years then you have to move to Terengganu.Long time no see and heard about you.Hope you are doing well.

    Last Monday,your mother called me and she told me the things that suprised me.She told me that you had change a lot even she also dont know why.This is because you only kept yourself in the room.She was worried about you.Surely she's worried,she's your mother.Whwn you mother told me like that,I know this must be related to the girl named Melissa.I've been friend with you for seven years and three years I've been your and Melissa middle man.I know you are in depression now.But,you should not be like that just because of a girl.

My friend,

   Your mother once told me that you had taken a lot of pills.Why you do that?I'm very dissapointed with you.I know at our ages,its normal to have the feelings that we can spell it with L.O.V.E.But,this love is not about love that play our hearts and feelings,but it is for us to feel about everything not only love to someone only.Don't misunderstand what i just said about,but,I think you have to change your perception about this 'love' feelings.I also understand why you feel so depression,but,I dont want your feeling ruin yourself,your future.You are still young and should fill yourlife with joyful activities.

   I even heard that you are not interested with your study anymore,not going to school and just kept yourself in the room.I want you to think,better you feel sad now or you want to feel sad later?When all your friends happy with their succesfull in exam,you feel sad,crying.Wheres Melissa?Did she cried with you?No,moreover she will leave you.So,you have to be strong my friend,focus on study first.You have to go to school because we have to learn,learn and learn a new knowledge everyday.If you just kept yourself in the room,thats not making any changes.


My friend,

   You always said to me before that your life is nothing without her.But,now,she leaved you.Is it your life really nothing?No,theres still your family with you,they support you each time you feel weak.Your family is your strengthen.You can life without Melissa but you cannot life without them.You see,how family will give you power to face all of this.You have to be more matured.Think positive and look fprward.Everything that bygone,let it bygone.You must start a new life that is more confident and cheerful.

   So,I think only here my friend.I just want you to remember that you still have your family.There are the place you should put your 100 % love feelings.I can only give you and advise but the main thing that can change all this to be more better is yourself.Everything will be okay soon.Take care.

Stress

Stress

What is stress?Refer to the dictionary,stress is the feeling thats created when we react to particular events.Its the way of rising challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation.The hypothalamus signs the theadrenal glands to more of the adrenaline hormones and release them through the bloodstream.So,theres another meaning of stress.It is about the depressions feelings because there's a lot of problems that surrounded us.It was not a pleasant feelings as we know,it could be dangerous to certain situation.There is a reason why someone or somebody will face this word.We have to make sure use the right way to keep it away from us.

So,the first reason is loneliness.Theres no friends to share our joy and happiness.Everyone needs friends.They need someone that could listen to their problems.So that,theres no depression occur inside that person.When a person experience stress,there might be a lot of problems have to be settled and no body wants to he hear or help that peson.That person must settle the problems one by one and no need to be hesitated.So that,the problems can be settle through the flow and not in harsh that could be cause to another new problems.The stress will not occur then if we settle the problems very wise.

The next reason is to be break up problems maybe.This case usually occur at all stages of the ages and not only by teenagers.When we are too loved to someone and then being lefted by him or her,it is such a dissapointed feelings.This cause us the bad feelings,encourage to act without thinking carefully.So,the stress feelings will produce then.So,if we are a good person,we will not influence by that case.We have to think positive and being optimistik.If we were sad bening lefted by someone that we loved the most,we should realise that there's still a lot of peoples that loves us.

A lot of assigments,a lot of homeworks,cannot understand well in the study,getting a low grade in exam is also a cause to be stress.This is also a dissapointed feelings that if we just buried it will cause the stress.As a student,we should cheer up and no need to be stress because we are still young and many things can help us to prevent fro being stress.We can hang up with friends,playing a game together and done anything that can make their happy.So,life must go on.

As the conclusion,stress can occur in many reasons,no stages of the age of people.For  muslim,when we are in stress condition,zikir munajat is the best medicine.It keeps our soul in peace and prevent us from acting stupid and doing the unnecessary things.So,if we are in stress,we have to pray and ask to Allah so that He could help us to solve the problems even a big one also.
